a. Die Head

• Included with die lip, the amount of output strip and diameters of the straps could vary from customer needs.
• Die surface for material output is made of tungsten steel.
• The degree of hardness is HRC 75~80 degree, and it is wear resistant.

b. Cutting Unit

• Material of cutting chamber is SUS304 stainless steel.
• Material of cutting knives is spring steel and is easy to adjust.
• Cutting chamber has a safety switch. When safety switch is on during cleaning the cutting chamber, cutting knives doesn't connect with cutting chamber, the machine wouldn't run. It features high safety protection.

c. Water Cooling Tank System

• Included with one set of water pump and water cooling tank.
• Included with take off filters which is easily to clean.

d. Centrifuge Unit

• Material is SUS304.
• When plastic granules enter into the centrifuge unit together with water, they could be separated by blade of the centrifuge unit rotating at a high speed. Then, the drained water would go back to the tank and recycle after filtering.
• The two side door could be open to examine easily and clean the filters.
• Included with inside Valve
  1. To separate water and plastic granules.
  2. Included with stainless steel filters.
  3. Stainless steel filters could be easily taken out and clean.
  
• Included with air blower.

e. Electrical Control Power System

• Included with emergency safety switch.
• Included with water cooling tank temperature controller.
• Included with automatic cutting controller.
• Included with safety sensor to detect if cutting knives connect with cutting chamber.
