Twin
screw profile making machine : Counter -rotating twin screw
extruder supplies good kneading effect. Cyclinder uses oil cooling
device to stabilize temperature differences. Screw can operate at high
rotation speed to get high output. Vacuum device remove moisture,
gas, and volatiles to ensure good quality. Utilizes PID Control system
to get accurate temperature setting value. Screw & Barrel are
specially treated, wear and corrosive resistant. Applications : PVC profile
